Thank you for placing your order with The Paw Parent (thepawparent.com). We appreciate your trust in supporting your pet's wellbeing.
Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except as required under applicable law or at the sole discretion of The Paw Parent. Following shipment, please allow approximately 5–9 business days for delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Paw Parent relies on third-party carriers for delivery and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
SHIPPING OF GIFTS
If you have indicated that your order is a gift for someone, we will endeavour to get it delivered to you as soon as possible, as we process gift orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, delivery times can occasionally take slightly longer than expected. If your package is arriving late, please be patient — it will be worth the wait!
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We pride ourselves on ensuring our products are made and packaged with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. At The Paw Parent, we offer a 30-day return policy to our customers. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery confirmation to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be sealed and unopened, and you are required to request a return in line with our RMA Procedure below within the 30-day window indicated above. The Paw Parent reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Our Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to our standard Returns Policy, The Paw Parent offers a 90-Day, 100% Money-Back Guarantee on Hip & Joint Support (the "Guarantee"). If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Hip & Joint Support, you may request a refund within sixty (90) calendar days of the date of delivery of your first qualifying order.
Requirements:
- Applies to Hip & Joint Support purchases made on February 9, 2026 or after
- Applies only to first-time purchasers of Hip & Joint Support in the United States & UK, Canada and Australia.
- Limited to one (1) claim per customer or household
- Covers up to two (2) qualifying Hip & Joint Support orders placed by the same customer
- Applies only to purchases made directly through thepawparent.com
- Does not apply to purchases made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other third-party retailers
- Refund requests must be submitted within sixty (90) calendar days of delivery of the first qualifying order
- The 90-day period does not reset with replacement or subsequent subscription shipments
- We may request the return of any unused and sealed units in accordance with our standard RMA procedure
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
The Paw Parent reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, resale activity, or misuse of this Guarantee. This Guarantee may be modified or withdrawn for future purchases at any time.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
All returns shall be handled in accordance with The Paw Parents RMA Procedures. For each return requested during the thirty (30) day return period, you must first request an RMA Number. Any unauthorized return received by The Paw Parent will be returned at your sole expense and no refund will be processed.
If an RMA number is issued and we fail to receive your return within thirty (30) days of its issuance, we reserve the right to cancel the RMA upon written notice to you and retain any monies received in connection with that return. You may cancel an RMA prior to shipping your return by providing written notice to us, at which point we will cancel the associated RMA number.
If we receive your return within thirty (30) days of RMA issuance, we will process the return and issue a refund to the credit or debit card used for the original transaction within thirty (30) days of completing the return process.
